The modular Evaluation System SMM 400 providing error calculation, testing of emitting contacts and communication to tariff device units to the meter under test.Four different versions cover the customer requirements.
• Meter error calculator with SMM 400 bus-master
without error display
• Basic meter error calculator with SMM 400 busmaster and SMM 400 – error calculator module
• Standard evaluation system with SMM 400+ busmaster and SMM 400+ system evaluation module
• Extended evaluation system with SMM 400 BusMaster, SMM 400+ system evaluation module and
addition IN/OUT module for 8 in- and 8 outputs and
or COM communication module
In many meter test stations, separation of energized parts and user cannot be realized by means of stationary separating safety equipment. For this reason, movable or non-separating safety equipment is used. To allow the use of safety switches or light curtains in meter testing stations, a safety related signal evaluation is required. Here a safety relay analyzes the starting conditions and in case of need interrupts the dangerous voltage.

PWS 3.3 GEnx is a combination of Portable 0.05% class Test and Calibration Device and IEC 61000-4-30 Class A compatible Power Quality Analyzer with 4 voltage (U1, U2, U3, UN, UPE) and 4 current channels (direct current: I1, I2, I3 and clamp AT: IN/IPE Neutral current/Ground Protection current).
The modular concept of the PWS 3.3 GEnx allows the direct current measurement December to be extended from 12A to 120A. The addition of a battery pack, measurement during Power Quality recording
it is possible to supply from the voltage or from the main network
when it is not, it allows the device to continue working.
The new eMOB I-32.3 AC test adapter, together with the PWS 2.3 GEnx portable Test and Calibration device, provides comprehensive on-site testing of AC charging stations for electric vehicles.
This is a prerequisite for precise billing, taking into account the Decrement of the energy charged to the battery of the electric vehicle, the voltage drop between the internal electricity meter and the output of the charging station.
The eMOB I-32.3 AC is also equipped with type 2 (“Mennekes socket”) charging connectors in accordance with the EN 62196 standard.
